Connection Support Group

A 90-minute recovery support group for anyone with a mental health condition.  This group is facilitated by peers living in recovery, and provides an ongoing opportunity to discuss the challenges of living with a mental health condition and the techniques for maintaining wellness.

This is a FREE support group for individuals ages 18+.  You do not have to be a NAMI member to attend

  • Thursday  1:00 – 2:30 pm – IN PERSON ONLY
  • Thursday  5:30 – 7:00 pm – ZOOM ONLY
  • 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month   1:00 – 2:30 pm – HYBRID

HYBRID GROUP:   In person at NAMI Billings AND via Zoom.

As someone with a mental health condition, you may face unique challenges: social stereotypes and misunderstandings, complex family dynamics, and changing medical developments.  It can be overwhelming.  NAMI Connection offers a safe, accepting, and confidential space with access to a community of individuals who share similar experiences.  You will gain support from people who understand and have been through similar experiences.  Trained facilitators will guide you in a place that offers respect, understanding, encouragement, and hope.
