A 90-minute recovery support group offered twice a week for anyone with a mental health condition. Groups are facilitated by peers living in recovery, and provide an ongoing opportunity to discuss the challenges of living with a mental health condition and the techniques for maintaining wellness.

WHEN: Sundays – 3:00 – 4:30pm
Thursdays – 1:00 – 2:30pm
HYBRID GROUP: In-person at NAMI Billings AND via Zoom. Masks are not required but are available.

You do not have to be a member of NAMI to attend a support group.
As someone living with a mental health condition, you may face unique challenges: social stereotypes and misunderstanding, complex family dynamics, changing medical developments. It can be overwhelming. Our program can help you. NAMI Connection provides a safe, accepting and confidential setting with access to a community of of people who relate to your experiences. You will gain support from people like you who get it, who have been there. Trained facilitators will guide you in a place that offers respect, understanding, encouragement and hope.
